All of our paralegals are lawyers in Colombia and go through an important recruiting process where we verify their skills and check their backgrounds. Our paralegals are hired in Latin American countries which have a similar time zone to the U.S. and also from areas with high levels of education and English proficiency. All staff work from our offices where they receive local feedback and weekly trainings on updates from U.S. immigration We are committed to the success of your law practice and to the success of our staff. Bilingüe was founded by a U.S. immigration law firm and a Latin American law firm. This merger provides us with unique knowledge of U.S. immigration law firms and their unique needs, as well as with local recruitment and talent management to ensure everyone receives the most from us.
