Optional platforms your firm can turn on.
A small set of tools we can activate — one, some, or none — for the staff we assign to you. Pick the tab below to see what each one does.
Keeper
Optional workforce visibility, on your terms.
An optional telemetry tool your firm can enable if — and only if — you want additional visibility over how the assigned staff uses their working hours. Everything it collects is configurable, and each firm decides what stays on and what stays off.
Learn more about LawyerDeskActive & inactive time (optional)
If enabled, summarizes when the workstation is actively in use versus idle. No screen recording, no keystroke capture — never.
Application usage summaries
A high-level view of which tools are used during the shift, useful for license and workload decisions.
Configurable alerts
You choose which signals matter (prolonged inactivity, off-hours access) and where they are delivered. Turn any of them off at any time.
You own the settings
Every module can be toggled per firm. What you don’t enable is not collected and not stored.
How we think about these tools
Nothing on this page is imposed. Each platform is offered as an option, and you keep control of what gets activated for the staff assigned to your firm.
Everything is optional
None of these platforms are forced on your firm. You pick which ones you want to activate for the staff we assign to you.
Included when you want them
Once activated, they are part of the engagement — no separate SaaS contract to negotiate.
Built for legal
Every tool is shaped by the same intake calls, USCIS packets and billing cycles our staff runs daily.
Transparent by default
What each tool collects is documented and configurable. What you don’t enable is not collected.
Pick what you need. Leave what you don’t.
We’ll walk you through each platform, what it collects, and how it plugs into your workflow — so your firm can decide what makes sense.
Tools that come with the team, not a separate purchase
When firms hire remote staff, the first honest question is usually about visibility: how do I know what is getting done? Our answer is not surveillance, it is reporting. The platforms we can activate for your account exist to give you the same sense of a working day that you would have if the person sat down the hall — attendance and hours, what was worked on, what is pending, and where a matter currently stands.
That includes attendance and schedule tracking, a workforce view that shows availability and workload across your seats, applied AI tools that speed up document review and summarization, and a lightweight case manager for firms that do not already run a full case-management system. Firms that already use a platform such as their own CRM or case software keep it — our staff work inside your tools, and these platforms simply sit alongside.
Nothing here is mandatory and nothing is billed as a separate software subscription. You choose what is useful, we switch it on for your account, and we train your team and ours on it during onboarding.
